Over all frame work for methodology adopted by MSR to achieve the expected outcomes flows from keen observation to self learning and exploration by the learner. Phases followed in the teaching learning procedures are

• I do You watch (Nursery & JrKG)
• I do you help (SrKG to class 2)
• We do together (class 3 to 5)
• We do together (class 4 to 5)
• You do I help (class 6 to 7)
• You do I watch (class 8 to 9)
• You do and record (class 10 to 12)

By the time the learner leaves the school, becomes independent and well equipped with life skills and aware of her/his own inner potential.

Activities adopted to achieve the expected outcomes at Primary level are Scientifically graded methods of teaching towards developing the skill to read and write are adopted along with Art and Craft, Music, Elocution, Storytelling and Role play as an integral part of the curriculum.

From the class 3 onwards the school follows the CCE pattern till Grade 10.The scheme envisages that every learner is to be evaluated for what he/she does throughout the year according to his/her ability and intelligence.
